Out of an abundance of caution, the board has decided to heed the governor’s call to close businesses for another three weeks due to a rapid rise in Covid infections in our county. Mistlin Gallery will re-open on July 23, hoping that circumstances will improve in the next few weeks. The Women in America exhibit will be extended into late August, so please plan to visit later this month. Please do your part, and stay safe.

When you come to the gallery, please be aware of the following precautions and be respectful of our docents, patrons and artists:

•  Masks are to be worn by docents and visitors when they enter. Bring your own or there will be paper masks available at the gallery.

•  Masks and social distancing (6 ft. apart if not in the same family unit) are required.

•  A plexiglass shield is installed at the docent desk for your protection.

•  Wipes, hand sanitizer and sprays will be provided for docents.

If you still can’t come down to the gallery, we understand! Keep in touch on our Facebook page, or on Instagram!

In addition, please find a list of FREE art education resources here. We’ll be adding to this list, curated by CLASS teaching artists, as we find relevant and interesting things to share.

Our continuing online member show, Meet the Artist, is here. We’ll be expanding this page to highlight more of our member artists throughout the year, so come back often.
